Many other green-lipped mussel products contain too many ingredients. This one is simple, which I prefer due to interactions with my medications.
I've been using this for a while now and I must say, it's been very beneficial! I'm very pleased with it!

Ingredients
Olive oil (Olea europaea), softgel (gelatine (fish), humectant (glycerol), purified water, colour (copper complexes of chlorophylls, iron oxides)), green-lipped mussel (MOLLUSCS), ascorbic acid, stabiliser (beeswax, lecithins), d-alpha-tocopherol, manganese gluconate, cholecalciferol.
Take 1 softgel twice daily with a meal.
Do not use during pregnancy. Not for use by children.

Store at room temperature. Do not expose to sunlight.
