L-Carnitine is a vitamin-like substance and bears a remarkable resemblance to the B-vitamin "choline". L-Carnitine as a dietary supplement is derived from a plant source and is suitable for vegetarians. The absorption of L-Carnitine is optimal when taken with meals.

L-carnitine L-tartrate 500 mg (68% L-carnitine)

Excipients:

Usage
1 to 3 times daily, one capsule with or after meals.
At doses higher than 3 grams per day, an unpleasant body odour may occur.
