I use Solgar Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM pills in combination with Bone Strength from New Chapter. I found relatively little benefit from that. After I started adding Curmaxell to my daily diet (2 pills per day), the condition of my hands has improved significantly.

Two questions: - How many mg of curcumin should you have per unit at the minimum for it to be effective? - What is Ar-turmeron (a component of Curmaxell), is it harmful? Thanks
On 10 october 2021 by Customer serviceThe general recommended dosage depends on the health issue, but it can be roughly estimated at 500mg of turmeric extract. Research suggests that a dose of turmeric between 500 - 2000 mg per day could be effective. However, it is advised against taking a high dose for a prolonged period. Additionally, it is important to inform your specialist or GP if you are using medication, as curcumin can affect its efficacy.
Ar-tumeron is a structure of curcumin and is not harmful!
