Dear, I read the following in one of the comments; "The B6 is in the form of Pyridoxine HCl and the vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin". However, shouldn't these B vitamins be in the active natural form? Thanks in advance, Kind regards
On 06 march 2025 by Customer serviceThe Pyridoxine HCl and cyanocobalamin must first be converted in the body to the active form. This process is less efficient in some people. It is best to opt for supplements that contain the active form of B6 (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P)) and B12 (Methylcobalamin/Adenosylcobalamin).
Hello, Does this powder completely dissolve in a glass of water, just like magnesium citrate powder, for example, or does it not mix well with water, like when you open a B complex capsule and mix it with water?
