Excellent product, have been using it for years
It's an indispensable part of my daily routine, great for nails and hair. In my case, it also helps with beard growth.
I use this product for my immunity. And it helps.
Purchased for my son to reduce his acne, unfortunately we haven't seen any difference yet and the jar is almost empty. All hope was pinned on this vitamin A from Solgar, but unfortunately no difference at all.

Are these vitamins also suitable for a rash on the arms?

Vitamin A does support normal skin, but there’s no evidence that it specifically helps with skin rashes. You can use it for general support, but if symptoms persist, it’s a good idea to have the underlying cause checked.

Is the vitamin A from Solgar suitable for my 19-year-old son, who suffers a lot from acne, red, oily, and restless skin? Or would you recommend something else? He is already taking zinc and D3 from Solgar. Kind regards, Annet
