Excellent product, have been using it for years
It's an indispensable part of my daily routine, great for nails and hair. In my case, it also helps with beard growth.
I use this product for my immunity. And it helps.
Purchased for my son to reduce his acne, unfortunately we haven't seen any difference yet and the jar is almost empty. All hope was pinned on this vitamin A from Solgar, but unfortunately no difference at all.

I am 61 years old and suffer from rosacea. I use vitamin C and D from Solgar. Which vitamin A can I use alongside them? (units)

I get about 500ųg from my diet and I'm going through menopause, so I should be allowed about 1500ųg. Previously, I used the tablets with 5000. Which tablets should I take as a supplement?
