The Digestive Enzymes seem to be working. I'll need to experience it over the longer term
Effective vegan digestive enzymes, but they lack Betaine HCL with Pepsin. If these alone do not suffice, you may want to consider adding Betaine HCL with Pepsin.
Very happy that these are vegan. I haven't been using it for long, so I can't say yet whether it has an effect. The tablets taste of mint.
I feel that it is slowly doing its job
On the advice of my dietician, I take it before the meal. It's great that this is a vegan option!

Does this enzyme complex of yours also contain Bromelain (pineapple)? I can't tolerate that due to histamine intolerance, would love to hear from you. Kind regards

Diamine Oxidase is an enzyme that helps break down histamine in your body, while Vegan Digestive Enzymes, such as those from Solgar, assist in the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
It is important to note that these supplements have different functions and should be taken at different times for optimal effectiveness. Diamine Oxidase is best taken just before a meal to aid in the breakdown of histamine in that meal. Vegan Digestive Enzymes are best taken during or after the meal to support digestion.
Hello. I am Muslim. I have no gallbladder. My supplement advisor suggests ox bile and lipase for fat digestion. However, I am unable to find halal ox bile... Does your product help me digest fat? Please reply as soon as possible.
