Can I combine Menoprime, Ultimate Calm, and Ultimate Calm Night? Or is it too much of a good thing?

Can the Ultimate Calm be taken together with Solgar's MenoPrime? I notice a pleasant and positive difference (particularly a bit more calmness and positivity) when taking MenoPrime, but it could be a bit more. Perhaps in combination with the Ultimate Calm?
