Hello, does this product work well with the Super Multi from Vitaminstore? If so, should I take this product twice a day and also take the Super Multi twice a day? Or should I take one of each per day?

The Prostate Support provides 10 mg of zinc and 25 mcg of selenium at that dosage.
The Super Multi provides 3 mg of zinc and 25 mcg of selenium.
Together, that amounts to 13 mg of zinc and 50 mcg of selenium, both well within safe limits and suitable for long-term intake.
