Can I use Potassium together with Zinc and Quercetin?
On 08 february 2026 by Customer serviceThis combination is not a problem. Zinc and potassium can be taken at the same time, but always with food. Minerals can be taken well with the evening meal. You could then choose to take Quercetin, for example, with breakfast.
It states 99 mg per daily dosage (1 tablet), but it also says that 3 tablets are the daily dosage. This is very confusing, what is the dosage per pill?
On 20 october 2022 by Customer serviceAccording to our data, the daily dosage is 1 tablet of 99 mg.
On 25 july 2017 by Customer serviceThere are no supplements or herbs that I can recommend, as you are already taking so many medications. However, instead of having a vitamin D shot every month, you could take a vitamin D supplement daily, such as the Super D3 Extra Strong 75 mcg 3000 IU.
On 06 july 2016 by Customer serviceFor example, a single banana provides around 467 mg of potassium. A glass of orange juice contains approximately the same amount.
Based on your calculations, you may therefore take several tablets per day.
Other useful supplements to consider during ketogenic diets are BCAA Plus, a good multivitamin such as the Female Multiple (3 tablets a day provide, among other things, 400 mg of magnesium and 10 mcg of vitamin D), and a fish oil supplement, for example, Solgar's Omega-3 Double Strength.
On 31 march 2016 by Customer serviceCramps during or after exercise can be a result of a deficiency in potassium and other minerals such as calcium and magnesium, the so-called electrolytes. Potassium is somewhat the counterpart of salt (sodium). There is table salt to which potassium has been added for a better balance between these minerals.
During exercise, you could consume an isotonic drink to replenish your lost electrolytes. This is particularly beneficial for endurance sports. The Isotonic Thirst Quencher is very suitable for this purpose. Both the potassium and the isotonic thirst quencher can be used alongside a magnesium supplement without any concerns.
