A fantastic supplement for people like me who aren't fond of broccoli and cabbages
cheap, although rather large tablets and low dosage. Contrary to the product information listed here, the daily dosage is 3 tablets instead of 1.
Good vitamin
I have been taking it for a few weeks now, and I must say, it does what it is supposed to do. I am very satisfied with it.

It states 99 mg per daily dosage (1 tablet), but it also says that 3 tablets are the daily dosage. This is very confusing, what is the dosage per pill?

On 25 july 2017 by Customer serviceThere are no supplements or herbs that I can recommend, as you are already taking so many medications. However, instead of having a vitamin D shot every month, you could take a vitamin D supplement daily, such as the Super D3 Extra Strong 75 mcg 3000 IU.

Based on your calculations, you may therefore take several tablets per day.
Other useful supplements to consider during ketogenic diets are BCAA Plus, a good multivitamin such as the Female Multiple (3 tablets a day provide, among other things, 400 mg of magnesium and 10 mcg of vitamin D), and a fish oil supplement, for example, Solgar's Omega-3 Double Strength.
