Quality and the only brand that offers 3,6,9 in its range.
Distinctive in terms of quality compared to other omega supplements. Furthermore, excellent service from Vitaminstore.

On the recommendation of a friend, I started using these supplements. They are expensive, you use them hoping they will have positive effects, but unfortunately, you never know for sure if that is actually the case😉 Under the motto "if it doesn't help, it doesn't harm"

I would like to know whether the softgels are made from fish or bovine gelatin?
On 21 january 2025 by Customer serviceThe capsule of Solgar Omega 3-6-9 is made from bovine gelatin. Other softgels may be made from porcine gelatin or a plant-based capsule.
Good day, I am considering purchasing an omega 3 6 9, but the price difference between a product from Lamberts and one from Solgar is enormous. Could you please explain to me why this difference exists and whether the price directly reflects the quality? So, is the expensive item significantly better, and the other one so much less comparable in quality to the other? I look forward to hearing from you.

In terms of quality, these supplements are comparable to each other. Do note that Omega 3 can be used continuously, but omega 6 is better used in courses. Is it true that liquid Omega 3-6-9 (such as drops) is absorbed much faster and better than capsules/soft gels?

Can I take this in combination with Metoprolol?

Is it safe to give this to children? She is 5 years old and has her issues which cannot be resolved, but additional vitamins can certainly play a role. I'd like to know from what age this is permitted. Kind regards
On 22 june 2020 by Customer serviceChildren aged 5 years can have 1 softgel of Omega 3-6-9 per day. If your daughter cannot swallow the softgel, it can be bitten open, or the contents can be mixed with some applesauce or yoghurt.
