It works well.
I've been using Solgar Hyaluronic Acid Complex for a few weeks now and have noticed that my skin feels more hydrated. Especially on my face, I see a subtler, fuller appearance. My joints also feel slightly more supple, which is a nice bonus.

I notice it states that it contains collagen type II, which is known for supporting joints and cartilage. However, the product details do not mention this. Instead, it highlights benefits for hair, skin, and nails, typically associated with collagen type I. Could you kindly clarify?

Question for someone else. I recommended this product to someone else because it works well for me. Now, her experience after three days of use is that she is getting painful hard spots on her face. Is it possible that this is the cause, or should she look for the cause elsewhere...

It's important that your friend stops taking the product to see if the symptoms disappear. If the symptoms persist, it is advisable for her to contact a GP.
