Dear people of Vitaminestore, I am going mad with my high blood pressure despite taking 3 tablets from the internist, who knows that I use alternative remedies. Please, what should I do??
On 25 november 2018 by Customer serviceIt is very difficult for us to advise on herbs and other supplements when medication is already being used. If the 3 tablets from your internist are not providing the desired effect, you should discuss this with him/her so that the dosage can be adjusted or perhaps another medication can be considered.
Furthermore, the approach should primarily focus on identifying the cause(s) of your high blood pressure, such as your dietary habits.
Overall, it is too complex to address through a webshop/retailer. This is more suited for a therapist or dietitian who, in consultation with your doctor, can provide a personalised, targeted, and monitored approach.
