I really feel like I notice a difference in my body, especially in my knees.
I’m now almost finished with my third jar and I’m switching to another brand because I want some variety when it comes to vegetarian glucosamine and MSM. I also recommend this one from Solgar because of the ginger; in my opinion ginger really is a natural {***}, and good for {***}.
It's great that the tablets are shellfish-free. This is my first jar, and I definitely need to continue for a few more months as recommended. However, I am already noticing some relief regarding my knee complaints.
I used another brand for this before. But this one really benefits me. I've already got a new jar in 👍

I find Solgar a very good brand, but I do have a question about Glucosamine. Certain individuals with health issues are advised against taking it because it might increase cholesterol levels. I mean the bad cholesterol. Or is this not true? Kind regards, Yvonne
On 27 february 2025 by Customer serviceAs far as we know, Glucosamine has no effect on cholesterol.
Can this be taken together with blood thinners and high blood pressure medication? And should you take 2 at the same time? Kind regards, Irma
On 12 october 2023 by Customer serviceThe MSM in the Glucosamine MSM Complex has a mild blood-thinning effect and can (in theory) enhance the effect of blood-thinning medications. Therefore, always consult your doctor before using this supplement.
On 22 september 2009 by Customer serviceGlucosamine and MSM are two different substances. It is best to choose the Joint Formula from VitaminHealth. You can find detailed product information about this supplement on our website via the link below:
