It's great that the tablets are shellfish-free. This is my first jar, and I definitely need to continue for a few more months as recommended. However, I am already noticing some relief regarding my knee complaints.
I used another brand for this before. But this one really benefits me. I've already got a new jar in 👍

I find Solgar a very good brand, but I do have a question about Glucosamine. Certain individuals with health issues are advised against taking it because it might increase cholesterol levels. I mean the bad cholesterol. Or is this not true? Kind regards, Yvonne
