Both my partner and I have been taking gingko for a few months now and are very satisfied with it. Moreover, ordering and delivery at no extra cost is excellent!
Very good stuff, and I notice that I don't get tired easily and have plenty of energy, especially when caring for a mother with dementia for 7 days.

Can this product be used in combination with Solgar VM-75 and Solgar Curcumin?

On 15 august 2018 by Customer serviceIt is perfectly fine to take two or three capsules of Solgar's Ginkgo 60 mg per day. Many studies have used 120 mg, which is equivalent to two capsules. However, dosages of up to 600 mg, or the equivalent of 10 capsules, may be appropriate for severe conditions. Therefore, the recommendation of 1 capsule per day is a very general guideline and can be considered a low dose.
Both the Solgar product and the formula from Vitaminhealth are standardised to 24% flavonglycosides. This is quite common as all studies have been conducted with such an extract.
The 200 mg is therefore more than three times higher in dosage than the capsule from Solgar when it comes to the standardised extract. However, the Solgar formula also contains 30 mg of unprocessed leaf powder, which is not included in the Vitaminhealth formula.

Ginkgo biloba is, however, the most well-known herb that people try for this purpose. And because ginkgo has so many positive properties (not only regarding circulation but also as an antioxidant), it's never really money wasted.
