Good nutrition for the brain and healthy fatty acids, which benefit cholesterol levels. It has dropped to normal values since I started taking this product.

The flaxseed oil is cold-pressed and hexane-free.

Usage

As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
