Haven't fallen ill this winter yet...of course, you can never be certain, but I believe echinacea helps
I have only been taking Echinaforce for 2 weeks, so I can't really say much about it yet.
I have been using Solgar's Echinacea for some time now and I am satisfied with it. I do alternate it weekly with Solgar's Cat's Claw (also good for the respiratory system) during the autumn and winter months, as the effectiveness of Echinacea decreases after prolonged continuous use. For many years, I suffered from sinusitis (nasal congestion) during the winter months, but since I started using both remedies (Echinacea and Cat's Claw) along with the nasal spray Bisolviral, I have had no or less trouble.

On 07 january 2015 by Customer serviceTherefore, echinacea is a herb to be used 'last minute' and then taken for two to three weeks (on certain days, a higher dose of three capsules per day can be used).
Vitamin C and, for example, zinc can be taken throughout the entire autumn and winter without issue. Our body never becomes accustomed to such essential nutrients.
