Even the specialist agreed, starting to take cinnamon pills early on and reaping the benefits later in life.
I use this product to support the sugar challenge. I must say that the craving for sugar is minimal and I feel very good about it.
I would like to keep an eye on my blood sugar. This will certainly help with that!

You mention that there is a higher percentage of coumarin in this dietary supplement. How long can you take this supplement, and is the coumarin not harmful to the liver in the long term?
On 19 february 2023 by Customer service1 capsule contains approximately 1.5 to 2 mg of coumarins, which is completely safe even for long-term use. The guideline is a maximum of 0.1 mg per kilogram of body weight per day that you can consume in coumarins. From our daily diet, we intake about 2 mg of coumarins per day.
Here I read from a questioner that it is therefore not Ceylon cinnamon. Is there such a supplement with Ceylon? I had just read that Ceylon cinnamon is needed to stabilise blood sugar levels. What’s the situation with that?

However, there is no significant difference in composition between the cinnamon from Burma and the cinnamon from Ceylon. They contain the same active ingredients (essential oils, etc.).
In 2013, research was indeed conducted on the Ceylon variant, as that study was carried out by the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. But in 2017, similar results were obtained in South Korea with cinnamon in general. Therefore, it is not necessarily required to use the Ceylon variant.
