I take Chromium with a meal and alongside Magnesium, but not at the same time as Zinc.
Chromium picolinate 100 micrograms helps tremendously with regulating blood sugar levels. I've never been so stable in weight and no longer suffer from sweet cravings.
If you want to stay away from sweets and chocolate, I would recommend taking a higher dose than advised (but do check with your doctor first). Appetite and cravings for sweets are somewhat reduced, but not completely gone.
I had very many fluctuations in my blood sugar, to the extent that sometimes in the middle of the day I felt incredibly sleepy. I have been taking the tablets for a week now, and from day one I have noticed that my blood sugar levels are much more stable. I no longer (half) fall asleep and can wait just a bit longer for my food. Ideal.

I understand that chromium 3 and 6 exist, but that 3 is the correct one. Do you also only have chromium 3?
