I find these very easy to swallow, and they don't taste unpleasant at all, great product!
It has good functionality for me! Problem: I started experiencing hair loss after my hairdresser advised me to try this product. Conclusion: I benefited from it! Because on the bald spots on my head, hair growth is slowly returning.
Feels very heavy on the stomach and is not suitable for me to use
By taking brewer's yeast a quarter of an hour before meals, I experience less hunger, which can help you lose a few kilos; it's also good for my nails and hair.

I find it difficult to swallow large tablets or capsules. Is it permissible to crush them? Perhaps mix them with food?

You can use a mortar and pestle for this or a tablet crusher.

One tablet provides a relatively low dose of all B vitamins. The recommended dosage is 6 tablets, and even that dosage provides a relatively low dose of B vitamins.
