What are the differences between astaxanthin from Solgar and astaxanthin from Vitals?

Solgar's Astaxanthin 5 mg is derived from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis and contains 5 mg of astaxanthin per softgel.
In contrast, Vitals' Astamax 6 mg has a slightly higher dosage with 6 mg of astaxanthin per softgel capsule. Additionally, Astamax includes vitamin C and vitamin E.
So, while both products contain astaxanthin, the dosage varies, and there are additional ingredients in the Vitals product.
Can this be taken with omega 3 fatty acids? For rosacea

Hello, I am using the Areds low zinc eye formula... once a day instead of twice a day. In one tablet, there is: 12.5 mg zinc, 200 IU vitamin E in d-alpha tocopherol form, 250 mg vitamin C, 1 mg copper, 1 mg zeaxanthin, and 5 mg lutein. May I use this astaxanthin alongside it? Thank you in advance.
