The Maitake mushroom contains valuable components, with polysaccharides being particularly important.

Contraindications: 
As reishi has a blood pressure-lowering effect, its use is not recommended for people with low blood pressure.

The use of reishi is also strongly discouraged in cases of thrombocytopenia, and both before and after any surgical procedure and/or childbirth, due to its potential anticoagulant effect.
