Composition:
1 capsule contains:
L-Arginine 500.0 mg
L-Ornithine 500.0 mg

Excipients:
microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)

Free from wheat, gluten, and yeast, with no added sugars or artificial sweeteners, no added colourings, flavourings, or fragrances, free from preservatives, and free from genetic engineering.
This formula is hypoallergenic and suitable for vegetarians.

Usage:
Unless otherwise advised: 500 to 6000 mg per day. Do not combine with proteins for maximum effect. Preferably take 30 to 60 minutes before or after a meal. Ornithine is a precursor of arginine and has a similar effect when taken orally.
