I was recommended this probiotic powder. It seems to work well and perhaps even very well. I have less {***} than before and the probiotics might play a role in that.
Very satisfied with the effectiveness of this product. Moreover, I am pleased with the new packaging: no more loose sachets, just a jar with a measuring scoop. Much more environmentally friendly.

Dissolve the powder in 100 ml of water. Stir well before consumption. Preferably take on an empty stomach.

Bifidobacterium bifidum BB02, Bifidobacterium lactis LMG P-21348, Lactobacillus casei LC3, Lactobacillus helveticus LMG26307, Lactobacillus plantarum LNG P-21021, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR02, Lactobacillus salivarius LS33, Lactococcus lactis SL6, Lipase.
To enhance the activity of the probiotic bacteria during their passage through the gastrointestinal tract, potassium chloride, magnesium sulphate, and manganese sulphate are also included.
The pot contains one hundred grams. My prescription is one scoop daily. I plan to use it for a duration of 3 months. How many grams is a scoop? Thank you for your response. Kind regards.
