One measuring cup of 20 ml provides your body with about 83 percent of the daily requirement. Furthermore, this elixir contains a wide range of supportive plant extracts, including chamomile, fennel, orange peel, carrot, and spinach. All ingredients are dissolved in a fruity mix of apricot, mango, pineapple, and pear juice, giving Floradix Magnesium a pleasant taste.
Floradix® MAGNESIUM is recommended for anyone during periods of increased magnesium need, as well as when the nervous system could use extra support.

I bought this and now see on the packaging that it shouldn’t be used by people being treated for hypertension. Why is that?
On 02 november 2023 by Customer serviceYou've probably bought packaging that is also issued in Belgium. In Belgium, the warning text is legally required for the ingredient bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), because this plant may potentially have a blood pressure-raising effect.
On 08 may 2017 by Customer serviceFor the tablets, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets. This provides 100 mg of magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate.
For the powder, the recommended dosage is a heaped teaspoon (3.8 grams of powder) per day. This also provides 100 mg of magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate.
On 08 may 2017 by Customer serviceA half measuring cap, which is 10 ml, provides 125 mg of magnesium. This is an appropriate dosage for children aged between 3 and 8 years. With a daily intake of 10 ml, the bottle will last for 25 days, which is well within the 30-day period after opening (when stored in the refrigerator).
For the Eye Q Liquid, the recommended dosage is one dessert spoon three times a day, totalling 15 ml.

Administering dietary supplements to children younger than 1 year is generally not recommended, unless it concerns products specifically developed for babies (such as certain vitamin drops and probiotics).

All the products you mentioned can be safely combined. The maximum upper limit for a child up to 10 years old is 50 micrograms (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day. A good guideline is 25 micrograms per day.
