Ingredients
Water-based extract (54%) of: carrot (Daucus carota), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), spinach leaf (Spinacia oleracea), couch grass root (Agropyron repens), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), brown algae thallus (Macrocystis pyrifera), hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa). Mix of fruit juice concentrates (29.4%): pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, water, blackberry, cherry, orange, beetroot, lemon, carob extract, apple. Watery yeast extract, honey, aqueous extracts from rosehip (Rosa canina) (with 4% vit. C), Iron(II) gluconate, WHEAT GERM EXTRACT (gluten), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), natural flavours, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin sodium phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Adults and children from 12 years: 2 x 10 ml or 1 x 20 ml (a measuring cup) half an hour before the meal.

Children 6 – 12 years: 10 ml per day.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.

Children 3 – 5 years: 5 ml per day.

Vitamin C enhances iron absorption, so taking it with a glass of fresh fruit juice is fine. For the best results, the elixir should be used for 3-4 weeks. Store in the refrigerator after opening. The elixir will then remain usable for 4 weeks. Do not take with black tea, coffee, or dairy products, as this reduces iron absorption!

Important: Do not drink directly from the bottle.
