Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol/ Cholécalciférol) 300 IU 7.5 mcg (150% RDA*)
RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance.
Ingredients:
Inulin, bulking agent (acacia gum), maltodextrin, sweet potato powder (Ipomoea batatas), anti-caking agent (beeswax), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Contains SOYA
1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal.
This product is a dietary supplement.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed recommended usage.

How much inulin is in it? I read in various places that you shouldn't use this during pregnancy. Does this mean you can't use this D3 during pregnancy?

On 13 december 2015 by Customer serviceIf vitamin D3 is sourced from fish liver, this must be clearly stated, as fish is an allergen. According to the label, this product does not contain any fish-derived ingredients.
Lanolin that has been exposed to UV light is the most commonly used source of vitamin D. It is significantly cheaper to produce. If a multivitamin contains D3 and does not list fish among the allergens, you can assume that the D3 is from lanolin.
There are also a few special supplements that contain D3 from plant sources, namely from lichen or mushrooms. These can be found on this overview page:
