Hello, I need to take 2g per day of vitamin C. How much should I take of this product to ensure I have 2g per day of vitamin C? Because I see in the components that it only contains 180 mg of vitamin C!!!!! Thank you in advance.
On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceIf you wish to take 2 grams of vitamin C per day, you would need 11 capsules per day of this product. This is quite a lot, so we recommend choosing a product with a higher dosage, such as the Resistance Formula from Essential Organics (4 capsules = 2 grams):

Hello You read everywhere that you should be getting at least 1000mg of vitamin C, but this contains only 180 mg ?????
On 28 january 2020 by Customer serviceThe Vitamin C complex from Royal Green indeed provides 180 mg of vitamin C from amla, but this is a wholly natural form of vitamin C that also contains bioflavonoids naturally. Bioflavonoids enhance the action of vitamin C, making this vitamin C more effective than 180 mg of standard vitamin C or ascorbic acid. Additionally, the Vitamin C Complex contains other active substances that complement the action of vitamin C, making it quite challenging to compare this product in terms of efficacy and dosage with 1000 mg of vitamin C or ascorbic acid. Of course, there is nothing wrong with supplementing and combining the Vitamin C Complex with regular vitamin C.
