Excellent product with good quality.
The tablets are highly dosed and I notice results quickly. I have more energy and feel fitter.

It is possible to increase the dosage to the amounts you mentioned. However, loose powder would be more cost-effective and practical in that case. For example, the Spirulina Powder from Vitaminhealth. The packaging states a daily dose of 5 grams, which is also a general guideline.
