Very satisfied, I use it for many baking things
Of all the coconut blossom sugars, this is my favourite.
fine product for use in cakes, sauces and other sweet treats
I purchased the product for my husband as a substitute for regular sugar in his coffee. He needed a little time to adjust, but now he thinks it’s perfectly fine. That’s one less refined product in his diet!
The taste takes some getting used to. But combined with the knowledge that it is much healthier, I can truly recommend it. I am now baking cookies with it, and the children absolutely love them!
Royal Green's Coconut Blossom Sugar is derived from the sweet nectar from the flowers of the tropical coconut palm (Philippines). These trees are organically cultivated. Royal Green's Coconut Blossom Sugar is also certified with the EKO mark for organic products.
Note: the cheaper palm sugar is not the same as coconut blossom sugar. Palm sugar is made from the Palmyra or sugar palm, not the coconut palm. These two sugars do not share the same properties.

On 20 april 2023 by Customer serviceYes, you can replace sugar with coconut blossom sugar in baking recipes. Generally, you can substitute sugar one-to-one with coconut blossom sugar. Coconut blossom sugar has a slightly lower sweetness than regular sugar and also has a light caramel flavour. Therefore, you may need to adjust the amount of coconut blossom sugar slightly, depending on your personal taste.
