Excellent small capsules with a good dosage. I only wonder if I can use these for my children (5 and 8) and if I am allowed to cut them open to mix the contents with food.

Ideally, a supplement should contain not only DHA but also EPA, especially when used by adults and children over the age of 6. This algae oil contains only DHA. The Testa Omega 3 Algae Oil, for example, contains both fatty acids:

The capsules of both products can be bitten into to suck out the contents, or the capsule can be pierced and mixed with a spoonful of food.
