The ultimate green superfood is made from young wheatgrass, which is in a strong growth phase immediately after germination. At this peak growth phase, many unique substances are formed, including chlorophyll and enzymes. These substances enable the rapid growth of the wheat sprout. By drying the wheatgrass at a low temperature immediately after harvesting, these substances are preserved. They are substances that can also support our bodies.
Wheatgrass powder (triticum aestivum)
Mix 1 teaspoon (5 grams) with water, fruit juice, smoothie or yoghurt.
It can also be added to breakfast muesli or salads.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
