Composition is very important to me, and I can use this one well. Often I have issues with other compositions (apparently I'm not ready for them yet) but this one works well.

I am very pleased with this probiotic. I notice that it does me a world of good. My digestion has improved, my overall immunity is better, and my skin and hair are in much better condition.

Ingredients
Contains the following allergens (according to annex 3-bis of EU directives 2003/a9/EC and 2006/142/EC; and updates):
Soya peptone and hydrolysed casein
Adults: 1 to 3 capsules per day
Children from two years: 1 or 2 capsules.
Younger children: in consultation with the doctor.
Take at least half an hour before or after a meal with a large glass of water; preferably drink standing.
Storage method
Store the Yolac capsules as consistently as possible. Preferably in a cool and especially dry place (max. 25°C). Unopened, the products have a two-year shelf life. After two years, each capsule is guaranteed to still contain one billion bacterial strains. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.
Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment.

However, suitable for vegans are, for example, the Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus from Solgar and the Synbiotic Daily from Viridian.
