White tea is a subtle, pure tea made from the youngest leaves. These young leaves have just emerged from the bud and still have white downy hairs, which is where white tea gets its name. This special white tea is hand-picked in the spring and has a soft, floral fragrance and flavour.
Ingredient:
white tea*.
* = organically sourced
Preparation:
bring ½ litre of water to the boil and let it cool to 80°C.
Allow the teabag to steep for at least 5 minutes.
