I unfortunately have to use statins, so I have a deficiency in ubiquinone. BUT with these Q10 pills, I've never had any issues. RECOMMENDED!
Have been using it for 2 weeks but I haven't noticed any increase in energy. Side effect: I've developed a lot of headaches. What a shame.
If you, like me, have been on medication for life, you are grateful that such products exist that reduce side effects.
Already on the third day, I felt fitter and noticed that I had more energy. From experience, I know that the dosage must be sufficiently high to notice a positive effect! I previously noticed little from a lower dosage.
The form in which Q10 is offered is of great importance. Research has shown that Q10 dissolved in soybean oil (as in Bio-Quinon) is better absorbed by the body.

Ubiquinone is the oxidised form of Q10, while ubiquinol is the reduced form. Putting aside the chemical jargon, research from the past decade has shown that Q10 in the form of ubiquinol is more effective than ubiquinone. Consequently, you will find ubiquinol in almost all new products.
The older variants (such as the GOLD from this brand) are still available because some individuals prefer to continue using the products they are familiar with, which are slightly cheaper.
