I've been using these tablets daily since I was little. Worked on Terschelling during the summers for years, and these tablets have played a significant role in supporting my immune system. Occasionally tried something else, but I always come back to these. This really works the best!
When I start to feel [.....], I take 6 in one day for a week. After that, I'm back on my feet. If I take 3 tablets every day, I immediately notice that the people around me become [.....], but I, fortunately, do not.
Bought for my daughter for her skin. And a bit of extra vitamin C can't hurt this teenager either. It's still too early to draw conclusions, but her skin is definitely calmer.
In every month with an 'r' in it, you must suck on a tablet every morning. Success guaranteed!
I have been using this product for years to prevent colds and it works excellently.

On 13 january 2017 by Customer serviceThe recommended dosage of 3 to 6 tablets is for an adult weighing approximately 60 kg. Based on your child's body weight, you can adjust the dosage accordingly. For example, you can give a child weighing 20 kg 2 tablets per day.
As long as the child is still too young to chew the tablets, they can be crushed with a pestle. The powder can then be mixed with some juice, for instance.
