To test whether a probiotic contains live bacteria, you can perform a simple test. Pour a little milk into two containers or jars; in one container, add the milk and open four capsules, pouring the contents into the milk. In the other container, just pour in the milk. Let it sit for about 8 to 10 hours. If the milk with the bacteria becomes thicker or clumpy, that is evidence that you have a live probiotic. If not, it contains dead bacteria. You might as well ask for your money back. I tried this test with Pharma Nord Bio Flora, and my milk was still not thick or clumpy after 24 hours. I tested it with Lacto Pro, and this jar of milk was just as thick as yoghurt after 10 hours.
We used Bioflora and after a few days we noticed that our intestines were being cleansed. No diarrhoea, just regular trips to the toilet. In the weeks that followed, we noticed that our bowel movements remained healthy and we had more energy.
In combination with eye q, my son was rid of his eczema in 2 days, which is better than steroid ointment. And it contains far fewer calories than a bottle of Yakult.
Bio Flora works in the right places
Normally, a significant portion of lactic acid bacteria are killed by the low pH value of stomach acid. The protective acid-resistant gel ensures this does not happen with the bacteria present in Bio-Flora. The gel prolongs the survival of the bacteria, thereby increasing the product's positive influence. Also, the fact that the lactic acid bacteria are only released in the small intestine ensures proper functioning.

Lactobacillus acidophilus at least 4 billion viable bacteria
Bifidobacterium lactis at least 4 billion viable bacteria
The capsule (shell) dissolves once it reaches the acidic environment of the stomach, leaving behind a gel substance with an acid-resistant protective layer. This ensures the bacteria remain protected until they reach the small intestine.
Excipients: Dextrose, potato starch, Lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium lactis, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colour: titanium dioxide.
Contains no sugar, yeast, or gluten. Suitable for vegetarians.
1 capsule per day as a maintenance dosage
3 capsules per day during an antibiotic course.
Take at least 3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Preferably take during/after meals with sufficient fluid.
