Bio-Carotene contains 6 mg of pure Beta-Carotene, roughly the same amount found in 70 grams of carrots. Beta-Carotene is the substance from which the body produces vitamin A. The body only converts as much Beta-Carotene into vitamin A as it needs. At higher dosages, a brown discolouration of the skin may occur.

I have been using this product for over 30 years. 2 capsules a day. The effect is striking. I am extremely satisfied.
There's a lot of soy in it! Isn't that quite bad?

The 912 Carotenoids Complex 15 mg is suitable for them.
