If your resistance is lower, you notice it straight away. Just take one tablet every 3 to 4 hours and you'll feel much better the next day. Moreover, the pills are not too large, making them easy to swallow. I can recommend it to everyone.
Very fine vitamin C. I can immediately tell that my immunity is improving.
