We have been using Q10 for quite some time now on the advice of our GP. Q10 is said to have the property of neutralising some negative side effects of certain medications. So go for it!
The dragee is easy to take.
I feel good about it, I have more energy and my skin seems less dry as well. I use it together with vitamin D3 drops. Mentally, I am also more alert than before.
After using Uniquinol 50 mg for several months, I stopped for a few weeks because I no longer had a sore back and wondered if this was due to Uniquinol. After a few days, I quickly reordered Uniquinol, as the pain returned immediately.
As a diabetic, I recover more quickly after an intense tennis match. I can perform at my best for longer.
BioActive Q10 is immediately absorbed by the cells without the need for activation by enzymes. Absorption studies indicate a higher and faster increase in the amount of coenzyme Q10 in the blood among smokers and people with chronic conditions. These groups may, for various reasons, be unable to sufficiently convert ubiquinone to ubiquinol in the intestine and experience more effect from the intake of coenzyme Q10 in a form that can be used by the body immediately without prior activation.

Per capsule:
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol) 50 mg
Vitamin C 12 mg 15%
% = percentage of the Reference Intake
Full composition:
Filler: coconut oil, capsule wall: gelatine, humectant: glycerol, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol), colour: ammonia caramel, humectant: purified water, vitamin C: L-ascorbic acid, thickener: silicon dioxide, antioxidant: mix of tocopherols.
At least 50 mg (1 capsule) per day. In case of special need, 100-200 mg per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during/ immediately after the meal in its entirety.
There is also a 100 mg variant of this product.
Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature, not in direct sunlight.
This product is a dietary supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
