No, Bio Active Magnesium does not resemble Active H2 in any way. I also noticed that Google shows Bio Active Magnesium, but the composition and application are very different. The Active H2 supplements are only available through foreign websites.

Magnesium citrate is indeed magnesium bound to citric acid, but it is not a free acid as it is part of the mineral compound. Therefore, it is not acidic in the stomach, unlike, for example, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) or pure citric acid can be.

One advantage of magnesium citrate is that it does not require digestive activity to be absorbed. It is therefore recommended if there is, for example, low stomach acid due to medication.

Bio Active Magnesium contains magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate, mineral compounds that are highly dependent on sufficient stomach acid for proper absorption.
