Ortho Multi Complete is a comprehensive formula of very high quality. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, and folic acid) have been chosen, as well as organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate. Orthovitaal is also one of the few multi formulas to include a mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
