According to the research I have read, you (as a vegetarian/vegan) only need (max) 25 micrograms per day. I have been using the vitamin B12 from Ortholon for years. It is good that it is a sublingual tablet (better absorption), and the only downside is that these tablets are 1000 micrograms. So, I would only need to take them once a week, were it not for the fact that your body absorbs B12 better when taken daily. So, too much content, but I have solved this by taking a quarter each day.
Quick and well-managed delivery with a very good product and finally not those extremely high prices.
