I have been using Muco from Ortholon for a few weeks now, and I feel that it is going to work well. Since I have to follow a low-fibre diet, Muco is also good for the movement of the intestines. I am very satisfied.
Glutamine is primarily consumed by the mucosal cells. Both Aloe Vera and Chlorella are well-known supplements particularly suitable for maintaining and keeping the intestines healthy.
MSM, zinc, and vitamin A are three nutrients required for the production and maintenance of healthy intestinal cells. MSM, among other things, prevents the adhesion of bacteria to the intestinal cells.
