I have a cycle of approximately 27 days and my period lasts for 3 days. On which day do I start with Moondance 1 and on which day do I start with Moondance 2, assuming my period begins on day 1?
On 14 april 2023 by Customer serviceYou start with Moondance 1 on the first day of your period (so at the onset of bleeding), and you can begin with Moondance 2 on day 14/15.
