Due to [.....] depending on extra magnesium. Especially citrate helps.
These magnesium capsules are excellent. Because they are in capsule form and the magnesium is in the form of citrate, it is well absorbed by your body. I have tried various types and brands, but I find this to be the best.
Small capsule, well absorbed.
I notice that it helps me now that I eat almost no carbohydrates, both for sleeping well and for my legs.
