Whenever I'm going through a busy period at work or in my personal life, this product always helps me get through it. It provides calm and increased focus.
I received medication from the GP and I didn't want that. After all, it's chemical and I wanted to see if I could find a natural way. Well, I've succeeded!! Brainmood has brought me much peace and given me clarity in my mind again. I've been using it for a few weeks now and for about half a week in combination with Brain Energy, and that has made a real world of difference for me!
I have been using Brainmood for years, not every day but in certain situations, for example during PMS, when stressed, feeling restless, or having trouble sleeping. It works very well for me. Bregje, Amsterdam
I use brain mood in combination with brain energy. A fantastic combination and it really helps. No side effects, just good. Very satisfied.
It's great that three ingredients are combined in one pill. However, the type or the amount of St. John's Wort does not work for me. I am now using Kira Forte and that makes a remarkable difference, especially compared to other brands of St. John's Wort!

I've been experiencing severe restlessness for a few months now, both during the day and at night, making sleep a nightmare. I've started taking Brainmood but also regularly use temazepam to help me sleep. However, I've just read that these shouldn't be combined. What do you advise for - restlessness - a very good natural sleep aid? Thank you.

For restlessness, various natural supplements can be helpful. One of them is Ashwagandha, an adaptogen that can help maintain mental balance during stressful periods. It also has a calming effect, which can be beneficial for restlessness.
Regarding a natural sleep aid, you might consider trying products like Dormeasan by A.Vogel. This product contains a combination of five calming plants.
What is the difference between Ortholon Brain Mood and Mood 3128?

The law regarding claims prohibits mentioning the effects of a dietary supplement, and the product name Brain Mood implies a claim, which necessitated a change in the product name.
Can you occasionally have a glass of alcohol with this, or is it advisable to avoid it? I've read somewhere that especially the combination of alcohol with 5-HTP can cause side effects such as serotonin syndrome; is that true?
On 13 february 2020 by Customer serviceYou can safely enjoy a glass of alcohol while using Brain Mood. This will not lead to serotonin syndrome. However, we recommend separating the intake of Brain Mood from the consumption of alcohol, so it is best not to take them at the same time.

It's best to try the combination on a day off, so that if you do feel uncomfortable, it does not affect your school or work performance. Since both dexamfetamine and all the mentioned ingredients influence the nervous system, interactions and mild side effects are always possible, especially if you are very sensitive to them.
You could take the Brain Mood in the afternoon. It is not recommended to take it just before bed, as Brain Mood contains Rhodiola, which may have a stimulating effect.
