I've been using this product since the winter to get a bit of an energy boost during the darker days. I've continued using it after winter because I'm quite pleased with it.
You gain more energy and feel fitter.
Every morning I take one. You notice after the second day that you feel more energetic. I have been going through the menopause for 2 years now. I was very tired and lethargic. After taking this every day, I notice that I have more energy.
The delivery was very quick. I have no complaints about the tablets themselves.

I use acid reducers; which form of B12 should I prefer, the melt tablet or the regular tablet?
On 14 january 2020 by Customer serviceAcid reducers inhibit the production of intrinsic factor, which is a substance produced by the stomach that enables the absorption of vitamin B12 in the small intestine. To ensure sufficient absorption of vitamin B12, it is advisable to opt for a melt tablet instead. Ideally, it should contain vitamin B12 in its biologically active forms: methylcobalamin and/or adenosylcobalamin. The absorption of vitamin B12 primarily occurs through the blood vessels in the oral mucosa and is not reliant on intrinsic factor.
