Vegetarian Omega-3 contains omega-3 with DHA from sea algae and stearidonic acid from Echium. Stearidonic acid (SDA) is an omega-3 fatty acid that the body easily converts into EPA and DHA.

I have been using this for a long time. It's great that there is a vegetarian alternative to fish oil!
At a dosage of at least 250 mg per day, DHA (docosapentaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain function.
Vegetarian omega-3 can also be used during pregnancy and is a good source of DHA for the development of the brain and retina of the unborn child.

The recommended dosage is 2 mini softgels per day, unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dosage is 1 mini softgel per day, preferably taken during or after a meal.
