Nice product, quick delivery.
Excellent for the resistance.
I've only been using it for a week and haven't noticed anything remarkable so far. It certainly isn't doing anything for cravings or blood sugar levels. But perhaps I've not been using it long enough for that.
Functions of zinc in the body:
* plays a role in the normal absorption and action of vitamins, particularly the B-complex
* is a component of at least 25 enzymes involved in digestion and metabolism.
* is also part of insulin and the enzyme necessary for alcohol breakdown
* is essential for growth and development.
* is important for skin repair.
* plays a role in the production of proteins in the body, aids recovery, and supports the immune system.

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.

On 21 july 2023 by Customer serviceYou can combine them with each other. However, continue using the Zinc in this combination, as it ensures sufficient copper, which is necessary when using Zinc for an extended period.
On 18 august 2017 by Customer serviceIt is perfectly fine to open the capsules of the Tri Zinc-25, but it would be more practical to directly opt for a vegetarian product such as the Zinc Citrate 30 mg (zinc citrate) from Solgar.

These capsules are often labelled as vegicaps or vegacaps. Many of Orthica's products are in gelatine capsules, whereas the brand Solgar offers a significantly larger selection of vegan products.

The Zinc Bisglycinate 20 contains a combination of well-absorbed zinc and copper, similar to Orthica's Tri Zink-25, but in fully plant-based capsules. The slightly higher dosed OptiZinc 30 mg tablets from Source Naturals also contain both zinc and copper and are suitable for vegans.
