Very good product, potassium is essential for maintaining the salt balance in the blood, hence good for blood pressure. Difficult to find elsewhere, so thank you Vitaminstore. Keep it up!
The average Westerner tends to consume too much salt. I am no exception. This product is very effective in lowering blood pressure when it is elevated due to excessive sodium intake. This is my personal experience. Do not take too much. Why? It only works if you have a deficiency; taking more than you need is pointless...
I am concerned about the form of potassium that this brand sells for human consumption. I can only find (online) that this form is used for fertiliser. I haven't used potassium chloride before this bottle. I don't want to buy this again because I can't find information that satisfies my concern that this is safe in the long term for humans to ingest directly.
